FAQs and General Questions

How long does it take for my order to be completed and shipped?

Stocked Items ship within 1-2 business days. Non-stocked Items will take up to 30 days to process. Estimated ship dates will be displayed as you select item into your shopping cart.

How do I check the status of my order?

Click on My Account, then select Order History. Your order history will be displayed. Shipped orders will display the shipped date and tracking number. Orders not shipped will have the message Pending Order.

To view the details of an order click on the Order # and view the Status of each item ordered. The status can be Shipped, Back Ordered or Pending

Why does my account show a deduction or an increase in points?

An increase occurs upon meeting the required criteria as described within the J.D. Abrams Employee Safety Incentive Plan.

To view your Point Ledger, log into the J.D. Abrams Safety Store Click on My Account, then select Safety Points.

To view the J.D. Abrams Employee Safety Incentive Plan. Select Customer Service, then click on Incentive Plan.

If I get laid off, am I still able to redeem my points?

Your points are still available even if you are no longer employed by J.D. Abrams and you have enough points for a minimum order.

If I do get laid off, are my unused points still available for me to use when/if I return to work with J.D. Abrams?

No.

What is the safety programs return policy?

J.D. Abrams Safety Program policy does NOT allow for returns. The only exception is a Incorrect Item Shipped. Should you receive a incorrect item, click on the Customer Service tab, e-mail questions or comments. Include your Order#, e-mail or phone # and item received.

J.D. Abrams Safety Program reserves the right to inspect and/or reject any returned goods.

How can I change my password and/or shipping address?

Log into the store and go to My Account Profile where you can select password or contact information. You can update your phone number & e-mail address here as well.

I can't remember my password. What should I do?

At the main Log in page , lower left corner click on Forgot Password? to reset your Account Center password. You will be required to enter some personal information as a security precaution.
